Elles permettent d&rsquo;expliquer pourquoi cette transformation se concr\u00e9tise.<\/strong> <strong>Mais en compl\u00e9ment, voici un court rappel sur une question r\u00e9currente: passer en Coop\u00e9rative, mais pour quoi faire? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE D\u00c9VELOPPER TOUT SIMPLEMENT !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cela permet de disposer de fonds propres et de se constituer un capital.<\/strong> Il ouvre l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux emprunts bancaires contrairement au statut associatif. Cr\u00e9er une grande \u00e9picerie requiert des fonds pour les travaux et l\u2019achat du mat\u00e9riel&nbsp;: climatisation, frigos, rayonnages, logiciel de gestion performant (comptabilit\u00e9, adh\u00e9sions, pr\u00e9commande\u2026). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEVENIR PROPRI\u00c9TAIRE D&rsquo;UN PETIT BOUT DU PROJET !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, avec le statut de coop\u00e9rative, nous allons d\u00e9velopper l\u2019esprit collectif. C\u2019est plus engageant d\u2019\u00eatre coop\u00e9rateur, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire <strong>propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une partie de l\u2019\u00e9picerie<\/strong>. Il n&rsquo;y a qu&rsquo;un seul montant \u00e0 r\u00e9gler pour l&rsquo;engagement associatif et coop\u00e9ratif: celui de la souscription qui nous fait devenir Coop\u00e9rat.eur.rice \u00e0 vie ! <br>Le montant minimum de la souscription \u2018standard\u2019 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>100 euros (soit 10 parts de 10 \u20ac).<\/strong> Le paiement se fait soit par ch\u00e8que ou par virement. Si la somme de 100 \u20ac peut \u00eatre lourde \u00e0 financer, il y a des solutions&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Il est possible de payer en plusieurs fois<\/li><li>Pour les personnes relevant des minima sociaux, la part n\u2019est que de 10 \u20ac<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMMENT FAIT-ON ? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bulletin une fois compl\u00e9t\u00e9 doit \u00eatre pris en photo\/scann\u00e9 puis envoy\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:membres@lafrenchcoop.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">membres@lafrenchcoop.fr<\/a> accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une copie de votre pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 et \u00e9ventuellement du justificatif de domicile (membre rattach\u00e9) ou du justificatif de souscription r\u00e9duite (\u00e9tudiant ou membre aux minima sociaux) et d&rsquo;une photo (pour la carte nominative qui permet d&rsquo;acheter en boutique). Le tout peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sous enveloppe \u00e0 la boutique o\u00f9 les dossiers de souscription sont collect\u00e9s.
